How do you get my updates?

I probably already asked this question, but who needs variety? Variety is for sissies. Anyway, I was wondering (again?) how people see that I've put up a new post. I only update once a week for two reasons: 1) I'm lazy and 2) the Sims 2 community fascistically only allows one story post per week, and I don't want people to not see that I've updated. So, are you getting my posts from your friends list, or from the TS2 community? (I haven't yet had the temerity to put it in the Legacy community.) I seem to think that a lot of the updates that I didn't put up on the Sims 2 community got seen considerably less than the ones I did.

This is a legitimate question because I did some calculations today. Assuming an update of 75-150 pics (my usual cutoffs) takes about 200 pics to produce (with allowances for leaving shit out, duplicate pics, and nefariously hidden things), I'm three hundred and fifty chapters behind myself. And that is a floating timeline - I'm still playing regularly, and I take hundreds of pics when I play. In the interests of not having caught up to myself today in seven years, it would be nice to be able to post more than once a week. But most of the fun of telling this stupid story is chatting with people about it, so if they're not going to see it, I'm not gonna do it. (And naturally if I do start doing it I'll immediately exhaust my buffer and go back to weekly updates, but that's neither here nor there.)
